1. Background

This certification service is operated by DK North Circle AB (organization number 559521-9402), located at Bandtraktorgatan 117, Sweden. By applying for and using the certification via CertifieradVerksamhet.se, you as a customer fully accept these terms and conditions.

2. What the Certification Means

CertifieradVerksamhet.se offers a quality mark that visibly shows that a business has undergone our review and meets basic requirements for professionalism, clear communication, data protection, and legal compliance. The certification applies to all types of businesses.

The certification is valid for 1 month at a time and must be renewed to remain valid. Once a business is approved, it can implement our certification symbol according to the instructions. The symbol is date-stamped, clickable, and leads to the certificate page.

3. Certification Requirements

Business Requirements:

  • Registered and active business in Sweden, Norway, or Denmark.

  • Not under bankruptcy or financial distress.

  • No major changes in the board/executive management in the last 3 months (unless specific reasons exist).

Operational Requirements:

  • The business is properly registered with valid contact details.

  • Has good financial stability and is not in bankruptcy or liquidation.

  • Available and clear communication channels for customers and stakeholders.

  • Relevant background checks or certifications for personnel in sensitive areas.

  • Handles feedback and complaints in a transparent and responsible manner.

4. Application and Process

  • Applications are made via the form on the website.

  • Upon payment, the review begins.

  • You will receive feedback within a few working days.

  • If approved, a unique script will be sent for you to implement on your website.

The symbol must be implemented as instructed. Any use of the logo without a valid certification or without the correct script is prohibited.

5. Fees and Payment

  • 0 SEK for the first month.

  • Afterwards, 399 SEK/month (excluding VAT).

  • Payment is made via invoice, with 30-day payment terms.

  • Reminder fee: 60 SEK.

  • Prepayment options: 3, 6, or 12 months.

  • Termination: No termination period during the first month. Afterward, three (3) calendar months.

  • For valid termination, the certification symbol must be removed from your site.

6. Revocation of Certification

The certification can be revoked in cases of:

  • Violation of certification requirements.

  • Incorrect or static use of the certification symbol.

  • Sharing of customer data without consent.

  • False claims, misleading price information, or lack of customer responses.

  • Unpaid invoices related to the certification.

  • Violation of applicable laws in Sweden, Norway, or Denmark.

In the case of revocation, already paid amounts for the current period are non-refundable.

7. Misuse of Certification Symbol

  • The certification mark is a protected trademark.

  • May only be used by certified businesses.

  • Must be implemented via script.

  • Must not be published as a static image.

  • Any misuse will be reported to the police and may lead to legal actions.

8. Privacy Policy

We process personal data according to GDPR. Information you provide in contact forms or during application is stored and managed solely to provide our services. We do not share information with third parties, except for technical partners required for the service's functionality.

We do not send marketing emails without consent. Some automatic emails related to the service (e.g., certification reminders, updates) may be sent. These can be unsubscribed via a link in the email.

Cookies are used for statistics and functionality. You can reject cookies through your browser settings.

9. Complaints and Control

  • Users can check a business's certification via the search function on our website.

  • If you suspect misuse, you can report it via a specific form.

  • Complaints against certified businesses are handled in order. We will contact the business in question.

  • In serious cases, the certification may be temporarily or permanently revoked.

10. Disputes, Liability, and Applicable Law

  • The certification is a quality mark; we are not responsible for the business's performance or finances.

  • All agreements are subject to Swedish law.

  • Disputes will be resolved in Swedish courts, with the Stockholm District Court as the first instance.
