1. About the service

CertifieradVerksamhet.se is a private commercial quality mark operated by DK North Circle AB (Company reg. no. 559521-9402), Bandtraktorgatan 117, Sweden.

CertifieradVerksamhet.se is not a government authority, industry association, or state certification body. The certification is a commercial service.

The certification does not constitute a guarantee of future performance, delivery capability, or financial stability. It only indicates that, at the time of review, the business met our stated criteria.


2. What the certification means

An approved business may use CertifieradVerksamhet.se’s certification badge in accordance with our technical instructions.

Certification:

  • Is valid for 1 month at a time

  • Is time-limited

  • Requires active renewal through a continued subscription

  • Reflects status at the time of review

The badge is clickable and leads to a verification page where validity can be checked.

The certification does not mean that we are responsible for the company’s operations, services, products, or customer relationships.


3. What our review may include

The review may include:

  • Verification of the company registration number via public registers

  • Verification that the company is not registered as bankrupt or in liquidation at the time of review

  • Verification that the company has visible and functioning contact details

  • A general review that the website contains basic legal information

  • Manual verification of correct implementation of the certification badge

We do not conduct an in-depth audit, financial analysis, or ongoing supervision.


4. Application and approval

  • Applications are submitted via the form on the website.

  • Once payment has been received, the review begins.

  • We reserve the right to approve or reject an application.

  • We may request additional information.

  • We may discontinue the process if information provided is incorrect.

  • If approved, a unique script will be provided and must be implemented according to instructions.

The certification badge may only be used through this script.

5. Fees and subscription

  • First month: SEK 0.

  • Thereafter: SEK 399 per month (excluding VAT).

  • The service is a recurring subscription that automatically continues after the trial period unless cancelled.

  • Invoice payment terms: 30 days.

  • Reminder fee: SEK 60.

  • Prepayment options: 3, 6, or 12 months.

  • No binding period. Cancellation can be made at any time.

  • For a cancellation to be valid, the certification badge must be removed from the website.

6. Revocation

The certification may be revoked if:

  • The company violates these terms

  • Incorrect information has been provided

  • The certification badge is used incorrectly

  • Invoices are not paid

  • The company enters bankruptcy or liquidation

  • Serious legal violations are identified

In the event of revocation, no refund will be issued for the current period.

7. Use of the certification badge

  • The certification mark is a protected trademark.

  • It may only be used by actively certified businesses.

  • It must only be implemented via our script.

  • It may not be used as a static image.

  • It may not be modified.

  • Unauthorized use may lead to legal action.

8. Limitation of liability

CertifieradVerksamhet.se is not responsible for:

  • Certified companies’ products or services

  • Customer disputes between a company and its customers

  • Financial losses

  • Future performance

The certification is an information and trust signal based on the stated criteria at the time of review.

9. Privacy and personal data

DK North Circle AB is the data controller.

We process personal data to:

  • Handle applications

  • Administer subscriptions

  • Communicate regarding the service

Legal basis: Contract and legitimate interest.

We store data for as long as the customer relationship continues and thereafter in accordance with applicable bookkeeping requirements.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

10. Disputes and governing law

  • Swedish law applies.

  • Disputes shall be settled in Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance.
